Calcium Chloride and Other Salt Injections for Castration

I suppose I'll give a quick update!

I'm 39 days post-first injection. Seems like way longer, to be honest. I'm 26 days post-second injection.

Currently the second injection I did doesn't seem to have done anything. As I said previously, the first injection managed to make the bottom half of my right testicle sort of shrink and get hard. The edges feel very jagged, and if I pull the skin tight, it looks sorta like a jagged blade took a couple junks (about 1/4 of the entire testicle) out of the bottom of my testicle. After the first injection, the top part was normal feeling. So I injected that part again, with about ~0.5cc, and now it's got a little hardness to it, and the spot immediately around the injection site is somewhat hard, but nothing as drastic as the bottom half of the testicle. Other than that, the testicle is painless (unless manipulated harshly).

My left testicle seems to be slightly harder under the surface when I put pressure on it. It *may* be slightly smaller in size, but I'm not 100% sure about that. It was pretty small to begin with (5 years on estrogen, lol). Other than that, it seems pretty normal. Again, like the other testicle, it's mostly painless (though there's one or two little tender spots) unless a decent amount of pressure is applied.

The only other update is that in the last week or so I've gotten sporadic little mild pains towards the left inguinal area, towards the vas deferens area. They're very mild, nothing I'm really worried about, but still noticeable. It just feels like a fresh bruise. It comes and goes (but not very often, very sporadically), and a single tylenol (500mg acetaminophen) makes it go away. I'm going to pay attention to this small pain though, you never know what it could be I guess.

I'm not even 2 months in, so I'm still awaiting any changes. I'm hoping I put enough to put a good damper on my T production, at least. I'm still considering re-injecting at some point (and holding onto those 10 vicodin for the occasion!), but not at least until August or so. Going to wait it out to see what happens.

Anyway, I hope all of the pioneers are doing well with no major issues! Please do keep us informed about any changes. I still read this thread often.

Thanks for the update thequietone. I'm also reading this thread quite a bit lately. I'm gathering the necessary supplies to go ahead with this, but I'm thinking of trying a different approach. I know most people who have done this have used .5 ml (or more) per testicle. I am considering doing low dose (.1 ml) injections every few weeks and see what happens. I'm trying to avoid the initial intense pain that seems to hit everyone for the first three or four days. If I can handle the pain that the .1 ml injection causes, I may increase the amount in later injections.

Hopper44, that might work. The pain was very intense, but not unbearable. But that was after many, many alcohol injections that had already put the hurt on my nuts. I also think the pain came from the salt solution moving into the epididymis, which has more nerves than the internal nut.

Also my bigger injections of CaCl left very distinct calcium deposits around the infarcted (dead) places in my nuts. The calcium deposits appeared bright white in my ultrasound and really made my doctor concerned. It also helped him rule out cancer. Doing smaller amounts may make it less distinct and more natural looking.

This is purely speculation and I do not know if I am right or wrong. I am only giving my thoughts on it.

Anyway, I feel that 1ml injections may not do the trick. Isn't the point of injecting so much pretty much the point? The calcium chloride kills and prevents any cells from regenerating/heal. If you use so little it'll be so spread out and weak that it'll only cause pain.

My Update: They have shrunk considerably. My right testicle is much smaller than my left. The right is not shaped anymore like a testicle. The left is hard, still shaped like a normal testicle. It's currently the same size as it was before, so I hope it's still shrinking. I was having pain with my right testicle with the spermatic cord or whatever the bundle of nerves/tissue is that attaches the teste to your body. All I did was just intensely massage it and the next day the pain was gone.

I think it did work. I have far less ejaculate and it's really hard to get an erection. I do not think it's the Spirotone I am on either. I have only been on it for 4 weeks.

Only time will tell! ^_^

This correlates closely with my experience. As stated before, my right testicle isn't really shaped like a normal testicle anymore, but my left is still pretty normal shaped and feeling. By spermatic cord and bundle of nerves, you most likely mean the epididymis. Most of the worst pain I had was in that area on either side (depending on which injection) shortly after and up to 4-5 days after injection.

Another update: I've actually come to realize I've been battling an intermittent or remittent fever, and have been for about 5 days now. I actually didn't realize I had a fever, but I've been getting chills a lot and have started to frequently wake up sweating (but my house gets hot a lot - so at first this didn't seem to out of the ordinary). Took my temperature when it finally dawned on me that it might be a fever, and I was at 101.8° F. This might be totally unrelated, but I have not had a fever like this in 10+ years, and I have no other symptoms. The fever recedes everyday (I'm taking tylenol) but comes back eventually, then recedes again. My (uneducated) thought is it could be due to my immune system and autoantibodies attacking the dead tissue in the testicles, but who knows. If it doesn't clear up in the next 3-4 days, I'll go see a doctor about it.

Did anyone else have a fever at some point after their injection? Mine could be completely unrelated, but I'm not otherwise sick, and I haven't had a fever like this in over a decade, so it's just extremely unusual for me. I just wanted to note it down anyway, incase it's related and someone else has had/will have a similar experience. Any advice is appreciated .

Quick update from me. I injected .2 ml in my left testicle two days ago for the first time. After about 8 hours it was producing a bit of pain, but nothing too bad. I took some Aleve and that covered it.

The minor pain lasted about 24 hours, but has now subsided. I did the right one about 20 minutes ago with .2 ml.

I'm planning on increasing the dose to .3 ml when I take my next dose in another week or two.

I'm taking this at my own pace and am not really expecting the .2 ml or .3 ml injections to do much of anything. I'll be up to .5 ml soon enough.

It's now three months since my first injection of 1.5ml of 40% Ca Cl2 into each ball. Both balls are still hard and can be squeezed without pain. The left has definately shrunk to 1.5cm x 1.5cm x 3cm (ca. 6ccs) and is now smaller than its epididymis, the right I think is still shrinking but is still normal in size and shape (3cm x 3cm x 4cm). All other signs indicate v.low T levels and are not changing like they did after spermatic cord ligations. I am going to wait another 3 months before injecting my right testis again in an attempt to shrink it to the same size as the left; if it gets there on its own before then I will be pleased. In relation to recent posts I think a single large dose will be more successful than many small doses, and the pain (plus swelling) can be halved by only doing one ball at a time. Each testis is completely hard, but the soft epididymis at the upper pole can be confused with testis proper. Good luck to all experimenters! Dodo1943

Another update.

Shortly after my last post I decided it would be better to "pull the bandaid off all at once" and go up to .5 ml per testicle.

I think that would have been a good place to stop the injections, but for whatever reason a few hours later I put another full 1 ml into each.

Then, the next morning after waking up with no pain at all, I injected another 1 ml. Just call me an idiot or a glutton for punishment, but I guess I couldn't stop until my balls started giving me pain.

With 2.5 ml in each, it didn't take long until I started to feel it. Last night I was in a lot of pain, and the Aleve wasn't doing much.

This morning I tried to post on the archive and nearly passed out after sitting on a hard chair while going online. I've been lying in bed since then and thankfully the pain is starting to subside.

Again, I wish I had stopped at .5 ml (or even 1.5 ml), but at least I seem to be okay now.
