I hope you are well and feeling positive about your journey :O) I noticed in your post you mentioned a small protrusion around where the chords connect and I have the same type of anomaly on one of mine. When the scrotum tightens (which it has been doing quite often) it is seems to be much more pronounced. If I had to speculate I would say this is part of the epididymis that is enflamed from the CACL eating away at the tissues or an area of scar tissue on the scrotum where there may have been a bit of leakage. I can not tell about shape/size as of yet because they are still too sensitive to palpate and seem to have certain "hot points" that make me jump when touched. However, I think you are about a week ahead so that probably makes all the difference.
