Well, i know you can't endorse it, but you know what i mean. i read something about 20% solution, so would 33% be too strong you think? It's probably safer than the moonshine i'm injecting though.

If I remember correctly, Calcium Chloride (dry) was included in the standard chemicals in the Chemistry sets when I was a youngish.

That might not be the stuff you want to inject. BE VERY CAREFUL...
One of the reasons high proof alcohol works is that it won't support bacterial or microbial or viral life. Alcohol is deadly to germs and such...
Calcium Chloride in powder form in a chemistry set might contain contaminants like heavy metals or simple germs. There's no way to make it sterile to inject. And if you mix it with TAP WATER you are asking for a bad infection. Tap Water contains all sorts of impurities that the stomach doesn't pass into the blood stream.
Even distilled water might not be sterile enough because it wasn't made for the purpose of injecting into the body.
Be SURE you get solution that is free of trace metals and free of other biological material.
Better yet, get a solution that is intended for medical use and is sold and marked as sterile.

They sell Bacteriostatic water in sterile vials that could be used. They are generally for mixing with powdered ingredients for injections like HCG.

Dave makes a very good point. I do not know about this stuff.

Again, be careful that the powder is sterile and that you don't contaminate the bacteriostatic water when you add it.
There isn't a container in your house that is sterile unless you have an autoclave and know the techniques.
Merely boiling or roasting in an oven isn't enough. There's techniques with gloves, masks and all that.

actually the literature shows studies up to 50% -- 20% is the MINIMUM to ensure full castration.there doesn't seem to be an issue with going higher- but you can have an issue with to much volume if it seeps into the scrotum.
Actually the studies really talk about total salt per body weight. The point of this method is to deposit salt inside the testicle that persists and triggers cell death over time.
Anyway, all the studies consistently show that the more total salt our bought concentration pet given volume the better.
As described by others diluting it may present other problems with contamination.
by the way, the salt will keep the solution pretty sterile--that's how jerky and pickles work, food won't rot in high salt. Also why some pools use salt instead of chlorine. You can boil it if you want to make sure.

Thanks, i think i'll give it a try then. Alcohol injections just didn't work for me, and also didn't work for Hoosierdad on this forum.

Oh god... I'm a transsexual (bombshell X_X). I figured I'd post about this since I've been left in a situation where I have to do this. I've done one. Like, just now. Oh god this is weird! It hurt. The pain died down after about 60 seconds though, it's probably just because I'm sensitive to pain. I'm going to do the next one in a few minutes, just taking a break. I injected 2ml of 33% calcium chloride, and I'm about to do the same to the next one. Wish me luck... Oh god!! As if I wasn't scared enough of needles!
