Recommendation needed

Im looking for a story, thats has the following elements:

Girl castrates a boy.

she is not trashing the served testicles.

story keeps on after the castration.

The female teases the eunuch.

as cruel as you can.

best if it's not a very long story.

Does any1 have any recommandation?

Hmm... I can think of no stories that are very short nor specific to your tastes just now, but you might check out stories by CvanD. Simon's 'girlfriend' (so to speak) frequently fits the bill of your description
