There are plenty of reasons people get castrated, Medical reasons also with lowering sex drive are common. But most guys have multiple reasons for wanting it done.

I personally want to lower my sex drive, HOWEVER I do like to push my limits and see how much pain I can take. I know I would enjoy some sort of scene as it would make the event more rememberable.
