If moderate pressure was applied to a younger males testicles for an extended period of time, he would of course feel discomfort from this. But would it also have an effect of the workings of the testicles?

Depends on the period of time I think,

If the blood flow stopped then yes.

If the nerve got pinched then perhaps a chronic pain condition like the one I had.

I also think what is used to block the flow of blood
