I am having a problem of being continuously horny! So much so that it makes my penis and testicles hurt! I am a healthy male 67 years of age and take no medications. My wife and I no longer have intercourse because I ejaculate immediately upon entry! I am tired of continuously having erections! It seems the older I get the more I am turned on to porn! Bandit, I was castrated when I was 58. I am now 74 and have never regretted it. I was basically in the same situation you describe, and eventually I convinced my wife to accompany me to Philadelphia where Dr. Specter did the deed, my wife by my side. Since that time I have had no HRT, no sex, the erections and ejaculations stopped completely, and I actually lost the ability to get hard. My penis has shrunk to a max of about 4 inches if you really stretch it, and it is useful only as a method of urinating. This summer I began having loss of energy and gaining weight, so my doc gave me a prescription for low doses of injections of testosterone. Now I sometimes wake up with an erection, a cute little 4 inch one, but it goes away quickly.

I think I could be a poster boy for needed castration; I am totally happy as a eunuch, and for situations like yours it is the only solution I know of. I would be glad to discuss further if you are interested.

Hello: I will be 67 in February of 2013 and was recently told by my psychiatrist that my major problem is not anxiety nor depression but rather OCD behavior and the collecting of porn plus many ideations of "Lolita" type fantasies with underage girls may result in me sort of losing control sometime. So i have considered castration for five years but have yet to do it. I think there is a doctor in the Detroit area where I can get it done. I don't know anything about costs much less his name. Anybody's help is greatly appreciated.

There is a whole another thread right here on this forum just about him, so read that. One guy here just was castrated on this past Saturday.
