You could well be right. My hubby feels intense pain when I abuse his testicles all right, but although he is incapacitated for a few minutes and has trouble taking a deep breath, he's ready to have me do it again a few minutes later. It's hard to imagine that he feels the level of pain you describe. Still, I'm reminded of a line from the old movie Lawrence of Arabia in which Lawrence (Peter O'Toole) says, "The secret is not that it doesn't hurt. The secret is not to mind that it hurts." Some people get a sexual high from this and the associated cocktail of testosterone, endorphins and adrenaline, and that also helps one tolerate the pain. At least this seems to be the case with my hubby.

I agree with sandy,

When I had testicles abusing them did not cause lasting pain and as a sexual experience was very exciting. With increased excitement more pain was easily tolerated
