Recent news stories about Captain Wales (Prince Harry) being deployed to Afghanistan have made a story I wrote some time ago (under the pseudonym WIKUELDAD) relevant again. The story is in the Fiction Archive under the title "A Harry Situation" and is told as a series of imaginary news dispatches. The story was written while the prince was in Iran -- but it could just as well have taken place in Afghanistan.

Hey, I remember this one... nice! Thanks for the reminder, I found it in my collection-folder. Will post link when I find it. I love the topicallity of the stories here; this one struck me as 'right on time' when I first read it. Thanks for posting!
I was pretty surprised when I heard he had been down there as an operating soldier (of course, none of us knew until after his return home). Not sure if he was coddled while there, I imagine not, but I also imagine they sent him on patrol like any other grunt.
What a potential loss, though! ... and an utterly irresistable target for castration if captured

Only other thing I find interesting about the royal family is how darned CUTE those two brothers turned out. Are we SURE they are Chuckle's kids !??!

I have trouble finding stories, so hope I am not treading on your material.
I envision something like in the movie "A Boy and His Dog", where this young lad is imprisoned, and is regularly stroked, his sperm extracted, and used to impregnate willing women.
Or in the case of a prince, he is captured and stroked and his sperm is extracted from him, frozen, the sperm is held for ransom, but the castrated prince is let loose.
In a future world, where disease in ejaculate is more rampant than computer viruses, I could envision a world where good looking healthy men who have no disease are able to sell their sperm to disease free women, at a price to the highest bidder. Prostitution and free sex will be a thing of the past. Sperm sales will be the thing.
Those with healthy germ free sperm will prosper, the more buff and good looking they are, the higher the price.
It won't be sex for sale, it will be a world of sperm for sale.
