It sounds like one of the "Gangs Balls and ????" stories by Nathan but I'm not 100% sure. It sounds really familier though.

There was a story where a man would take any bet, and it continues to escalate until he has bet most of his genitals, starting with a circumcision, then ball size reduction, then replacement, etc.
He ends up being a total bottom at the end of the story.
If anyone could help me find it or tell me the title that would be great.
That story was called "Easy Money." I enjoyed it but have been unable to come across it in the new archives. I cannot recall who wrote it.
I was looking at my old postings and found that about 4 years ago I liked the German story "Junge Hunde". I would like to read it again, but can't find it now on the story archive. I look forward for a republishing.
