Trelstar

Post by bigdude1 (imported) »

Just thought I'd throw this out. My 3 month time period is up & it's time for another Trelstar XL shot. The nice thing is that you only have to take the shot every 3 months. I had blood work done about a week ago & I asked to have my T levels checked while I was getting the tests. At the end of the 3 months my T level was only at 6 ng/dl. I'd say Trelstar XL works pretty good! :)

Good news! :) How are you feeling on it? What has been the mileage of your chemical castration effects?

Feeling pretty good, thanks! Of course the fact that I've lost a little over 180 pounds since March due to Gastric Bypass surgery certainly helps too! As far as the mileage of the castration effects go I'd say pretty much the same as someone that's been surgically castrated. With a T count of only 6 I'd have to say I'm doing much better mentally too. Off ALL Bipolar meds PLUS hyperactivity is pretty much gone & sexual hyperactivity is definitely gone which is the medical reasoning my endocrinologist used to start me on the T suppression treatment. :)

Just checking back in! Sorry I've been gone so long! This coming April I'll be celebrating 3 years since my Gastric Bypass Surgery! Right now I've lost right at 280 Pounds! I've went from a size 62 Jean to a size 38 Jean! From a 6X T-Shirt to a 2X T-Shirt! From a 15-4E Shoe to a 14-2E Shoe! From a Size 8 Hat to a Size 7 1/2 Hat! From a Size 14 1/2 Wedding Band to a Size 12 1/2 Wedding Band (My old one fell off somewhere in Iowa & I lost it! UGH!)! And finally, from a Size 5X Underwear to a Size Large Underwear & hopefully the waist will keep coming down which means that a Size 34 or 36 waist is in the future as well as a Size Medium Underwear! I still have my 54" Shoulders! That won't change unless I get squished & I don't plan on that!

So now I'm kinda looking like Johnny Bravo, the cartoon dude, except with not near as much muscle! However we're both looking like upside down triangles!

I see my PCP this coming afternoon. Unfortunately my wife was in a pretty hard car wreck about two months ago. We both see the same PCP so I'm going in to talk to her about going back on Trelstar. My wonderful wife got hit extremely hard in the right rear side of the car when a gal ran a red light & T-Boned my wife running about 40 mph! We're both in our early 50's & it's going to be a long time it looks like before my wife will be interested in whoopie. Without either the Trelstar, my wife, or..., I get very hypersexual! Since option #3 is a No No for us, it looks like the Trelstar is going to be the go.

Anyway, that's what's up! I'll try to check in more often!

:)

Sounds a success for Trelstar. Hope everyone feels better soon.

If the effect of Trelstar is best for you at early 50's, I wonder how much Trelstar and $$ it will take for a lifetime?

Congratulations!

NOT CHEAP! If you don't have insurance to pay for it & a doctor to convince insurance to pay for it... OUCH! about $4,500 per injection!

But hey! That's only twice a year & it's the best stuff there is!

I'm not going to give specific contacts, but I have found steroid dealers that will sell (allegedly) triptorelin powder. It does seem like an interesting GnRH agonist, but I can't find too many experience reports. Glad it works for you.
