Dr. Kimmel Says!!!!

Post by Scottie (imported) »

Dr. Kimmel says: My testicles are dead. He bases this on the amount of Lactic acid that was injected and the destructive power of Lactic acid. He told me that from what I describe to him , They are dead. He also complimented my Doc here in Cleveland, and told me some things to reduce my swelling more than it is. He wants things calmed down also before he does anything. He also belives that the scrotum will have to be removed also becasue it will have fistulas necrotic tissue in them and some blood clots and necrotic tissue between the inner sac and the outer testicles. so he wants to take it of as a part of the proceedure. I agree with him. So my plan at this point and his plan are to wait until I go for the next T level and Ultra sound. Then it's off to Philly for the operation. So I am going to get what I have wanted for a long time. He also said for me to enjoy the new feelings of no Testosterone and begin to get used to it. He told me that the body will adjust and to go slow!b(where have I heard that before) HEE HEEHEE . So that is where we are at this moment, :) :) :) I will still post any changes, answer anyones questions ect. I do believe this. I am lucky that the injections didin't destroy me. He spoke about how lactic acid has a habbit of going where it's not supposed to go. I hope you will all post Im feeling a bit scared about all this information and change. I need your continued support. Thank you Scottie

Why are you planning to go to Dr. Kimmel rather than the urologist referred by your physician?

Many urologists are very practised in testicular removal -- that is one of their main jobs. Dr. Kimmel is only different in that he supports voluntary castration. Dr. Kimmel may not even be the best urologist -- he's just the best that is available to the eunuch community.

You seem very impatient in general. You were excessive with the acid, you are combining it with hormones and drugs, and now you are rushing to pay for something that you might not need to pay for.

I realize you are in pain, and worried about your health. But I think the best approach is to work with your local doctor to see what the best results are there. Please don't make any more rush decisions!

The reason for involving another Doc- Dr. Kimmel is it most likely be better to become a eunuch out of my city of Cleveland. I work at one of the Hospitals her part time and I will not go there, The other one... I have friends that work there.... and it wouldn't be good to be there as a eunuch for surgery. As much as you may think, this stuff travels like wild fire and I do have a job here a family and many friends. This community is very very very small. In fact do you think that secretaries, and nurses don't read your charts and discuss them and laugh about them and tell their relatives. If you do I can tell you have watched many charts get read by whole departments. That is where Kimmel entered into the conversation. Im nost going to rush to do anything at the moment Dead is Dead!!!! Scottie

Fully agree with you Scottie. It is far better to get out of town to have this operation done under equally safe conditions you would find at home. Dr. Kimmel has a fine reputation and understanding about the need of so many people to have this done. You are no exception. Word does travel in any city. That is why I am flying from California to have Dr. Kimmel do me on October 21 and I am truly excited about it.

Unlike some of you I am compulsuve. I sometimes do not think things through and so you might say I end up in a jackpot or two. I believe that is why people are concerened about me going to ANOTHER Doctor. My whole plan is scattered so I do understand. I agree going to a different area city ect. is a good idea!!! Stay well and good luck in your surgery. I will be having my final surgery in Oct. Scottie

To reply to all of you: First as always thankyou for all your help. If I ddin't have your support I couldnt be moving on in this process. It seems to some that I am a man on a mission. The simple fact is... I am!!!! I will not stop until my Testicles are gone, my libido is weak or gone totally and I will be in control of me. If you know what a constant libido of 10 bazillion is then you understand. My libido just never ever quit... EVER. I could actually feel it in my arms legs and loins. I had contacted years ago Dr. spector about Castration, but never had the courage to do what I needed to do. Then as a result of unfaithfulness... a fluke thing.... I lost my wife of 26 years, my children wouldn't talk to me and still don't. I lost a fortune in cash due to a nasty divorce, lost My cars, my house and my home and found myself sleeping around with meaningless sex, risking me and everyone else in my contact. My job faded into nothingness and my business was failing.... On top of all that I went and had a heart attack from all the stress in my life. I mean like I was 48 years old. So you are so right. A MAN WITH A MISSION.... YES!!!!!! I am currently engaged to a most wonderful person. She is understanding but doese'nt understand totally. I am a very affectionate and with the loss of libido :) as of now I am enjoying the cuddeling, hugging, and just being together. Not always wanting or that's needing sex! A MAN WITH A MISSION.... YES I AM!!!!!! Im so glad you are all suportive, and I am also glad that this is working out for me finally. I am also glad and greatful that you all have helped me and have given me your questions and opinions. Even if you disagree you are all very wonderful and I thankyou for all taking your time to help me. I need the support. Further if I can be of help to anyone out there I am available. Thats it for now. Please write, answer, post, or whatever. Sincerely, Scottie

As I said before, your local hospital is the best place for you to be castrated if you can arrange to have it done there. Both the medical personnel and your friends will view the surgery as being medically necessary and you will have better care should there be any complications. Your fiancee should also be more accepting of the castration if she feels that it is medically necessary.

To Mac and to all...... I have made my fiance and family believe that this is a medical necesity as far as the castration. It stems from infections from 18 years ago when I had a vasectomy and it began to get ugly and very complicated. This is all to true. So parents and Misstress think that it is a medical issue rather than a desire issue. Thanks mac!!!

Okay, I understand your concern about keeping it private. My main worry was that I wanted you to wait to get insurance to cover the expense.

However, I think you also need to rethink the whole concern with people knowing as well. First of all, urologists castrate a lot of men, so I doubt it will be considered big news. Presumably people who hear about your operation would be concerned rather than mocking. Lastly, part of the fun of being castrated is the shock value.

I have been in the hospital many times with embarassing problems. I got a fish-hook stuck inside my urethra, I had a swollen and damaged testicle, etc. I am sure the nurses thought that it was funny, as did the sonographer (who was a cute young blonde). When I was waking up from having the fish-hook removed, the first question the aftercare nurses asked was "how did it happen?" Sure that was unprofessional, but I saw the humor in the situation.

I suggest you enjoy the humor and shock value of the castration. If someone finds out, instead of being embarassed about it, make a joke or a shocking statement like "want to see it?"

Cheers!

For right now I need to wait until the next T level and the next ultra sound. Then we can poll members and see where I should have it done. All of your advise has helped me so much that I need to continue to evaluate it and re-evaluate it. Scottie
