This is a very good story. I cannot wait to find out if Terry/Terri uses the device. If he/she does will he/she regret it. What kind of adjustments will he/she have to make?

I would like to know why the seller used it on two of his four sons. Why didn't he use it on all four sons? How did the sons he used it on fare? Did they adjust well?

I am assuming that using the device is legal in that world. How often do parents use similar devices in that world? Why do they usually use it? Are the boys that have the devices used on them allowed to skip showering with other boys? If not, how do the other boys react?

I wonder if the man who used the device on two of his boys took one or both of the other two boys to the hospital for a similar procedure. The man's brother used it on one son. Did the brother have other sons? If he did, what happened to them? I would like to know how many names are engraved on the device.

Maybe Atreyu88 could write a series of vignettes (a few paragraphs or more each) about all the boys the device was used on. He could tell why the boy's parents used it and how the boy adjusted to his new status. He could tell how the boy's friends and other boys reacted when they saw what happened to the boy.

Part two is a good continuation to the story. I like how Atreyu88 implies that the device has some sort of evil power. I hope that Terry will meet and talk to boys who have been penectomized with a penectomizer and some who have been penectomized surgically.

I don't think the device would have any actual intrinsic power. But to a boy it certainly might seem that it did. If we lived in a world where such tools really existed I think most boys would be totally horrified. But I think a sizable minority would be both horrified and intrigued. I think a small minority of boys would think it was cool the coolest thing ever.
