Well that is true.

I know for a while after my sex life suffered, but once I got over it things improved. A couple of girlfriends were even rather interested by my state. For me, impossible to even imagine sex anymore, even if I try to. Now I can't get turned on unless my wife tries hard and the interest is not long lansting. This is from someone who had a very active sexual imagination before.
