I believe that the vast majority of American doctors will only perform an orchiectomy after they first follow prescribed medical procedures. In other words, there has to be a medical justification to remove them. Those doctors who would do it on an elective "no questions asked" basis are few and far between. If having your testicles removed by a female surgeon is a prerequisite and you have no sound medical reason for castration, perhaps you might have better luck looking in Eastern Europe for one, in my humble opinion. There are also several regular UK contributors on this site who have been successful in getting castrated in the UK. You may want to search them out to see what they can suggest to you.

HOW IRONIC! In certain US States, the government pays for sex offenders to be surgically castrated. Yet an honest, law abiding, citizen, struggles to have this done even if he's prepared to pay for it............ I thought we were living in the age of equality, and human rights. It should be a right for a male to have access to this service. Does it mean he needs to commit a horrible crime, just to have this procedure done??????????????

I AGREE 100%! So right you are Losethem. For me, the biggest drawback is the insane PRICE for a relatively minor surgery, and the possibility of osteoporosis. IF a competent surgeon offered the operation at a reasonable price, I would "beat a path" to their door - and I would not really care if the surgeon was male, female, black, white, republican or democrat.

Of course the "S & M scene" with some dominatrix in fishnet stockings appeals to me, like it does for every horny fool, but I don't believe I would choose an unqualified female over a competent surgeon (of any gender, race, etc.) and imperil my life just for some sexual thrill.

If there is no medical problem with tonsils, or an appendix, can you get them removed if you agree to pay in full for the operation and hospital and everything?

I don't know the answer. But since any operation can result in complications, it would seem that as far as internal organs go doctors are limited to performing only medical necessary surgery.

Cosmetic surgery too can have complications. But, for the sake of money and greed, external cosmetic surgery does not have the same restrictions as internal organ surgery. Penis foreskin removal can be elective, partly cosmetic, partly maybe necessary.

With a lot of psychiatric oversight, and money, one can get a sex change.

I don't see elective castration shops opening up any time soon. MJ shops, yes. Elective neutering, no.

Save your money, get a passport, go to Thailand or maybe India.

There are actual licensed trained qualified doctors who perform elective castration using medical standards.

Make it a vacation before the surgery, rest in a nice hotel for a few days until you get the all clear from the doctor (eg. no infection).

Return home lighter than when you went there.

The surgery is not all that expensive over there.

For what it costs in the USA, if you could even get it done, you can have the surgery there, plus the benefit of a pre-surgery vacation.

In theory. A lot depends on where you live, where you go, how long you stay, where you stay, blah blah blah.

They were removed individually at different times, both by different individual women physicians, both with several all female nurses assisting in the surgeries.

If they got castrated only because an female surgeon did it. NOW that would be an very bad choice! And after that, they are not going to happy campers

We know people who have been to Thailand for surgery (heart & hysterectomy) and they both say the experience was very positive. The medical bills in US are way out of line with the rest of the world, so Thailand will often get you what you want, in well-regulated medical surroundings, and for much less. Often the difference is more than enough to pay for travel and hotel. You probably don't need first class and five star; reliable and clean is sufficient.

I lived in Thailand many years ago. It is a great part of the world to see, relax and enjoy. The flight is long from US, but people do it every day.....

We have no knowledge of India.

I was castrated by a female urologist, with an all-female nursing staff but, like AtomicMush, it was general anesthesia and there was nothing erotic about it. I laid down on the operating room table and the next thing I knew I was waking up in recovery.
