It was a big step for me to finally post these stories. I have been writing ones just like it in private for over 12 years now, and although they were such a big part of my writing life, I was a bit ashamed of them because of internal morality struggles. It was a big deal for me to finally share them here. And I never imagined I would get this much positive feedback. It's so amazing to know that so many people are enjoying them.

Part 3 of "My Life As A Girl" is still coming, but I've been stuck on it for several months now. The first draft that I wrote just felt really boring after all the action in part 2, so I've gone back and re-written it twice now. I'm making progress, but it's still just not quite coming together like I want it to. There are a few characters that I want to introduce in that part, but these character-introductions seem to break the pacing in my own personal journey, so I'm still trying to find the right balance. I know exactly where I want to go after part 3, but it's just this one part where I need to introduce the other characters who will soon become essential to the plot, and do so in an exciting manner, that I can't get quite right. So it'll probably be another couple of months.

My goal as a writer is to release one part of one of my stories about every month or so. The release for this month will be part 5 of "Me & My Best Friend," which basically just needs a final read-through before it's ready. And then next month I'll probably be posting the first part of a new story that I've been working on called "Tales of Interest," which is about a person who can change his body however he wants it. After that, it could be any of the three stories. I don't know. It just depends which part is coming along like I want it to.

Yes, I enjoyed these two stories too. I've always been interested in 'lifestyle' fiction, where the character struggles with the long-term consequences of their alterations, rather than fiction that deals only with the event itself. I'm particularly into the concept of someone hiding their new gender status and the threat of exposure, so your stuff on crotch-stuffing really interested me.

I'm looking forward to the next entry!

Just letting you all know that I just submitted part 3 of "My Life as a Girl" to the fiction archive, and it will be online with the next update.

I was originally going to make this another enormously-long chapter that chronicled the entire second day in the main character's new life, and it was stalled for a long time because I didn't know how to make it interesting. But then, inspiration struck, and I finally found the angle that I wanted to take. As such, this will be the first of a quick three-parter. A new main conflict is coming. This part sets up the conflict, and then the next two parts will explore both sides of that new conflict in greater detail. After that, we should be fully into the main part of the story of self-discovery that is to follow.

As promised, here's the official "new part is ready" notice. I just finished and submitted part 4 this morning, and it should be online with the next update.

WARNING: This part of the story contains a copious amount of teenage angst. I actually went back to my own real journal entries from that age to draw inspiration, and it definitely wasn't pretty, so be prepared for a whole lot of anger and angst about gender issues in this part. I never promised that this story would always be pleasant, just that it would be honest. That was the goal from the beginning, and 10th grade was unfortunately one of the lowest times in my entire life. These next two parts will probably be the most brutally-honest parts of this entire story. Almost all of the actual events and almost all of the thoughts contained in these parts are 100% real. (Aside from the parts involving actually having female genitalia, of course...)
