The last time I went to se my endocrologist she said my T level was to low and it had to come up for health reasons, I said I was happy but she put me on a new get called Tostran 2% and I was to start on 3 pumps which equels 30mg per day, I was not very happy but they dont seem to listen to what I wanted. Last nigh I woke up sticky after having a vivid sex dream this is the first time in 8 months I was so depressed and could not get back to sleep I hated the old me lots of wet dreams wanting sex all the time or always having to masturbate. I will give it a few more days and see if it happens again as none of the other thoughts or actions have returned and I hope they dont.

Concur/agree with kristoff, use one or two pumps. Unless perhaps you're a submissive both mentally and emotionally and feel inclined to obey this woman. I believe psychologically that some men/some eunuchs feel it necessary to submit to women who tell them to do certain things. It's linked to their sexuality even though there's no physical or sexual contact.

My endocrino just prescribed me injections, saying my T level was far too low and gel would be inappropriate. I really don't want to live the same thing than Jako. Health is a concern, in anyway. I really don't know what to do. Taking the injection would bring me back to where I started. No way to dose what the nurse will inject. Don't know what to do.

Perhaps if you can convince your doctor that you always had a low testosterone level and that to now have an elevated one would be detrimental to your lifestyle and your relationship with your wife. Also, I would express the fear of getting prostate cancer if your level is too high.

The injection will be sustenon 250 I had one jab but then it went out of stock so back on the gel, which atleast I can control. If my problem happens again I will cut it down after all trans people must take other meds for health when The T is very low I already take Calcium and vitamin D and B. I must still be fine on a low T as far as sex as I wake up 4 times out of 7 with a pole and can get hard and come yes it takes a long time but thats fine I enjoy it but now it may only be a couple of times a week not 4 or 5 times a day in the bathroom and atleast 10 unwanted erections a day plus all the wet dreams that I used to cover up from my wife because I felt embarrassed.

Getting back to the injection if its the 3 week one try it a couple of times if its the 3 month say no staight away I coped for 3 weeks in my body but 3 months would have been hell.

I can't stress the importance of D3 in oil form enough. For me, it was a turnaround in how I feel overall. I take 10k IU of it every morning, along with all the other supplements that I don't get in diet since I eat low carb. I can certainly tell when I miss the D, too. I've also found that larger doses, like 50k/day of it when I'm sick are very beneficial in getting over whatever I've got.

If you don´t dare to contradict your endocrinologist directly (and why should you? his/her duty is your well-being, not some power games), take one shot and then complain about headaches, painful erections, joint pain, chest pain and shortness of breath, and of agitation and aggression. This should lead to a lower dosage. You can do this repeatedly until you are content with the effects. But,being open with your doc about your concerns and wishes would be better, of course.

When I went and saw my Doc 2 weeks ago, he said the same thing and wanted me to up my dose. I only take 1 pump a day. I reminded him that I was a bit of a jerk and didnt like myself at higher t-levels and he was like ok. Just talk to your Doctor. Its your life. they want to keep you healthy but they also dont want you to be unhappy.
