Yeah, well ever since I saw that infamous, old penectomy video I've kinda feared loosing my cock to a fat, crazy doctor!

If I had to choose between penectomy and "full castration", I'd chose the latter. If I lost my penis I don't hink I could handle the frustration, so the balls (and scrotum) would have to go as well.

If the choice was either/or, I'd go for the castration (+scrotum - no floppy bag thanks), with circumcision as a side order.

This is directed more towards those that are just curious about castration/penectomy (or solely fantasize!) but I was curious, if you were forced to choose between a penectomy or full castration, which would you choose and why? In surgery for a staph infection that had spread through my lower abdomen through thighs my penis was severely mutilated and I was left with not much of a penis with very little nervous feeling. Afterwards the doctor took pride in telling me that he originally felt my testicles would have needed to be removed but he saved them.
