Re: Penis or Balls?
Would love to have the balls removed. Penis I would like to keep intact for pleasure from time to time.

Re: Penis or Balls?
I don't think many read the initail question fully.
If the choice were between losing the penis or the whole package (balls and penis) I would opt for the whole package. Why have balls if you can never have a normal orgasm or masturbate and ejaculate. It sounds like a serious type of punishment. It would leave me totally frustrated.

If the choice were between losing the penis or the whole package (balls and penis) ....
I read the initial question carefully and found it ambiguous, the meaning turning on what "full" meant in "full castration." The next several sentences in the question however seemed to have a context that the choice was either/or in nature: choice of either penectomy or bilateral orchiectomy. So I took "full" to mean the equivalent of "bilateral." BME has long regarded removal of the entire package of external genitals as "Nullification", perhaps to resolve confusion over what the term "castration" includes. So I replied accordingly, also heeding the question's clear applicability just to males who didn't want to lose anything but hypothetically would be forced to lose something.

I would go for the penis. I still like to be horny and the balls are good for staying in shape, but being totally smooth should be also looking nice

I'm like _g ,I would go for the M to F surgery and still live most of my life as male. When I retire I would like to transition to female full time. I wouldn't want to go through what castr8edmale did to become this way. I wish one could get this type of surgery in the US with out having to live female full time.

I'm not keen on the hassle of hormone replacement, so I'd opt to lose my penis and hope to be allowed to keep just enough to get a finger and thumb round for peeing. Considering my nick, I'm not sure just how forced this surgery would be though

It would be nice if that surgery was more readily available without having to live full-time and getting psychological approval.
