Looks fake to me. I notice that the many of the items never actually touch his bits. It looks like championship wrestling to me. I am totally unconvinced that this guy actually took a hit to his bits at any time. Having said this, now I know why I don't watch that show. Apparently what is considered "talent" by the show is much different than what I consider talent.

There is a video of a guy trying to be manly, by being tazzed on balls. He did not stay standing.
The video was on a free site that is now a pay site
But many of the old sites which had "tasteless" stuff on them have had to become pay sites or have been taken down do to the current protect the child laws (parents not doing their job)
