Most of the e-stim devices are designed for this. You can even buy special sound files and "music" that creates different sensations. It is a valid suggestion, for commercial e-stim devices that support this.

It would seem that syringe extraction of semen directly from a testicle would be simpler.

Anyone with spinal injury would not feel a thing.

I have heard of one story where a young man passed away as a result of an auto accident. Before his death at the hospital, his wife had sperm extracted from him with an ejaculator. I think her plan was to have it frozen for future use. I am not even certain this happened. I suppose it can be done.

There are to many variables. Full volume on a 1000 watt amp into a 8 ohm load is over 100 volts! and around 10 ampere, so you can cook your insides. When BME was more free, there was a report from a guy which to get off attached the speaker leads across his testicles, and caused testicles failure due to the repeated current though them.

The directly plugging of home stereo speakers into an prob is not a very smart thing to do. The after effects could kill you or give you a waste collection bag.

Being a Journeyman Electrician. It takes less than 1 milli-amp to to kill a person. while it is unlikely, remember it has the potential to do so. Any time you introduce electricity to the human body from an external source you always have risk. The use of stereo equipment is fascinating to say the least. I have been hit with 277 volts at 20 amps and it was painful. 120 volts can be painful as well if you. Nerves are electrical in a way. The human heart uses electrical impulses to regulate heart beats.
