A N.I.C.E Boy

WOW, Ganymede! Talk about a gutsy, controversial story!

I am not sure where this is going, I am only on chapter 8, but I've got to say it is riveting at the very least. I guess I should reserve further comments until I finish it; in the meantime suffice to say there is a LOT of food for thought here: well written, characters developed very well, and (in my opinion) a very accurate revelation of the ugly side of the political system.

Obviously pedophelia is a sickness, and a very ugly one in most cases. Although I have never experienced it personally, I believe it is possible for an adult to love a child in a sexual sense. The problem is, how can we be SURE it is consensual?

A good read, and as I said, a whole bucketfull of food for thought!

I cannot believe there has been no more feedback on this story! I have just finished 15, the last chapter posted. Ganymede has communicated the desperation, the fulitily, the despair of an unwilling eunuch to be like nothing I have ever read before.

If you all are having problems with the basic subject content of this story, PLEASE, for your own sakes, rise above your hangups and read it. The emotions, the feelings and desperation are no less than gripping!

Yes - it is a great story

Just difficult to read the way it is formatted (double spaced)

I have read all 15 parts so far

The posting on Nifty (http://www.freegaysex.com/nifty/gay/adu ... -nice-boy/) is easier to read.

Perhaps it is possible to repost this really good story in a more eye-friendly format?

I realized that the format was going to be hard to read, but it was either release it or trash it - and I didn't want to trash it. It IS a great read.

If you can navigate to the Nifty.org pages and find it, do so, if that is easier for you to read.

We won't be hotlinking to Nifty here, though. The only thing I can suggest is that the Author (or submitter, as I dont' think Ganymede submitted it himself) read the formatting FAQ to the left on the index page and resubmit it, OR send me the original documents with an appointment.

As an experienced online write who has some great stuff out there, I think Ganymeded would know better than to keep hitting the ENTER key over and over to break a line. In fact, most middle school children know not to do that in a program like Word, Corel, etc.

I'll replace them as I get time if they're resent.

This novel size story is reminiscent of John Hersey's The Child Buyer. 1984, and Brave New World. I think it will be a very important story someday. It really explores the ideas of discrimination, and many facits of male sterilization, the idea of being guilty before proof, and selectively tangling with the gene pool. There are many layers of plot within this story, and well worth reading. As far as the explicit sex, you almost need that in a story these days to get someone to turn off the television, and read instead.

There is so much information about the technology of eunuchness, both the applications and results, and many many hidden puns and word games, that perhaps most readers seem to miss in Ganymede stories, and this one is full of them. It's kind of like reading a very adult level Lewis Carroll. I always wonder why this author seems to upset people over content, and they never seem to dig deeper into the writing. Anyway I loved this story!

Frankly I was a bit disappointed with the final two or three chapters. I have been away from home since last Wednesday, but I made sure I had local access numbers before I left so I could check in every day, I was that drawn to this excellent story. But in the last three chapters, I felt that there were many loose ends not resolved. What happened to the camp counselor when our hero visited the nurse the day his cup fell off? How come he didn't get in trouble? What happened to our hero's parents? His brother? Why did his mentor, a double PHD, try to get him an education?

Frankly I got the feeling in the last two chapters that the author had grown weary of writing the story and just wanted to get it over with. That is really too bad because it had such an excellent start. I even found myself shedding real tears for that little boy and the anguish he suffered.

I will probably write my own ending to that story because I think it needs it... I will not post it because that would be simply unethical. But for my own satisfaction I WILL write it.

Sorry, Ganymede, but that's how I feel. I have tried to contact you personally but I cannot find any way to do that, either here or at Nifty.

OK - I know I am awakening a "dead" thread here, but... This is a very well thought out story and so far has been an amazing read (I've only read the first few parts). All I can say is WOW what an amazing (and accurate) look into the minds of pedophiles and power-hungry coniving politicians! The one gay sex-scene in the middle of part 1 really wasn't my "cup of tea", but it really does an excellent job of describing exactly what a pedophile feels towards the target of his obsession (whether that be a boy or a girl). How do I know? Because I was able to read interviews from a number of pedos as part of a University project once. This is exactly the type of things some of them said.

Aside from that, what amazes me is how relevant the story is to political issues happening today (especially the current "Health Care" ideas bantering around the US Congress). Its almost "prophetic" considering it was posted back in 2002!!

To get past the bad formatting, try cutting and pasting it into a Word Processor.

Anyway, hats off to the author!

I'll continue the use of a 'dead thread' and throw in my two cents that this story holds a very special spot in my heart.

I had entertained thoughts about castration since I was very, very young, with fantasys continuing through teenage years, but never had I really conciously put it all together until I stumbled on this story over at Nifty.

It hit me like a sledge hammer. I admit that it excited me significantly, while at the same time I was able to connect with the horror-story aspect of it. What really got me was how Ganymede both 'told it like it is' from a pedophiles viewpoint, and included almost encyclopedic understanding of the psychology of castration (not to mention his absolutely vicious inditement of government run amok).

An absolute masterpiece, and one that will be in my top 10 favorite online story list forever.
