Great to see a new story in this series. The author always writes so well and with great discriptions. I am a big fan of all his stories. Love the style and content. I re-read them often which is always the sign of a classic. A big thanks to the author and to the guys here who made the site work again and make it possible to post these new stories.

Great new story, thank you. I love to read of the historical set castration of slaves, especialy the more experieneced older slave made a eunuch for any reason. He knows what he is loosing and also knows the motives of the cutter are often profit or just his whim to cut another male for the power trip. I hope you will find some time to write some more, thought I appreciate how long it takes to do this

These are some of the first stories I ever read back in the 90's and they are classics.

This is a style that I just never see duplicated, and it's truly fantastic.

BZwriter launched many of my own fantasies as well. I love the way he conveys a sort of matter-of-factness into his tales. Yeah, you're gonna be castrated, hunky young teen, that's the way it is.

I've tried to incorporate that attitude into some of my own stories, but BZwriter remains the master.

Yes, I agree, Byzwriter's series of strories are among the best on the board. Unlike so many of the fantasies, I really enjoy a story that I believe could have been true. For the most part, we have limited evidence and hints for the details of the manufacture of ancient and midieval eunuchs. The world Byzwriter has created, is a plausable as any I have read, including the work of some non fiction writers.

Another superb story, thanks you. One small point I am not sure where this story is on the site. I could not see it in the new main archieve and it did not show on my page of the new story submissions. Am I looking at the wrong places or is maybe it to do with my cache loading an older version or .... I like to read all the stories and I may have missed other submisions. Thanks again for this update and new byzantium adventure!
