My new Burdizzo
I bought a 9" burdizzo last week out of curiousity. As you might guess, as soon as it arrived (last Friday, 6-8) I had to try it. At first I was really timid with it and put it away. But I kept going back and trying it again, getting a little more agresssive with each try. I was eventually squeezing it just short of clamping and think I may have done some damage. I didn't let it clamp but it was definitely tight. I didn't hear any crunch or experience any unbearable pain but at one point I felt the right cord kind of roll and flatten out. Maybe like holding a stack of pencils in a pyramid and pressing down, causing the pyramid to collapse and the pencils all to lay side by side. There is no real pain but last night I was doing my usual fondling right before I fell asleep and felt that the right nut seems noticeably larger than it used to be and the cord feels slightly bumpy right where it attaches to the nut, right about where the clamp was. The nut is a bit more tender than usual but not any harder than it's scrotum mate. The cord is a little tender right where the bumps are too. What do you think? You guys have light years more experience about this than I do.

Re: My new Burdizzo
Years ago, I banded my hubby's testicles during "playtime," and it left him with a lump much as you describe. He went to a urologist--and he hates to go to any doctor for anything--and the lump was diagnosed as a spermatocele. Basically, as I understand it, this is a trapped accumulation of sperm. It's not serious, but it tends to grow over the years in size, and there isn't much that can be done to make it go away. There are other "cele" type lumps--hydroceles (trapped water, similar to a blister in some respects, I suppose), hemoceles (trapped blood). Tim said the urologist wanted to be sure it wasn't a hemocele, but on finding out it wasn't, told him there wasn't much point in trying to "fix" it. You might want to do a Google search on those terms and see whether what you have matches the descriptions.

sduyck it is difficult to castrate yourself but I did. Current T count is "3". Check my posts. Zylocaine and alot of Vodka help alot. Both nuts took 2 times to castrate.

Thanks for your responses. The tenderness in the cord is a little less and seems to be going away but the bumps are still there. It's hard to say if the nut is any larger than before but defininitly bigger than its brother.
Can one castrate one's self? From my very limited experience it seems possible, at least with that burdizzo, if in fact a burdizzo will do the job. When I was playing I was sober and very aware of what I was doing. The harder I squeezed the more the adrenaline flowed, the excitement built and my pulse raced. I stopped just short of locking it, knowing that a little more pressure and it would snap shut and be too late. It was a real rush.

I did not do it for "a real rush", I did it to castrate. Plain and simple.

Re: My new Burdizzo
Gimme a break. This is all new to me. I'm just putting my toe in the water. It's all a learning process. As an example: I know my T level at last check was 134, pretty low. But I bounce back and forth between what I want, higher T, lower T or just leave it alone. Right now I'm leaving it alone.
I would very seriously consider castration if my prostate cancer returned but right now, like many others on this site, I'm satisfying a curiousity and trying to learn something new.
