I use Tostran 2% and use 2 x 10mg pumps which is a very low dose but its just enough so when I work at it i get erect and come after about 20 to 30 mins which is great just what I want and with this dose my constant drive and 10 x unwated erections per day and having to sort them out at least 4 x a day if you know what I mean has now all gone its great.

Even after my Orchiectomy, I was able to obtain an erection when I wanted it, it took a bit longer for me to get it up, and a bit longer to get off. However after I was removed from one of my blood pressure medications I found I was getting night time erections again, not too often but they came back, and I can now get it up a bit easier but it still takes longer for me to get off. I am still pleased with the result now, in just a few days it will be 8 months sense they were removed. Still No Regrets!

I was chemically castrated over a period of more than 18 months by injections in a muscle. I decided to make it permanent and started injecting 80-proof vodka approximately once a month from february to december of 2012. I begun with 2.5ccs, then later educed to 1.5. I have no more erections at all during the day, but I happen to wake up in the middle of the night with a boner.

My balls are much smaller and less sensitive, my penis shrank from 18cm to about 14cm (about 7 inch to 5.5). I feel no desire to jack off more than once a month. I am very satisfied with the results, but wonder to what extent the penis will shrink, the sac looks about the same externally, even though it's far from being filled like before. Will it shrink ? How long do you suggest I wait before having my balls removed, and later the sac ?

PS I once injected pure alcohol (180 proof) in the right ball. It was a bomb, the ball is smaller than the other.

We have just finished our analysis of CHANGES in sexuality after castration. We asked about sexual orientation, sexual fantasies, and actual sexual activity both before and after castration. We expected change; we found change. We checked various other factors that might have influenced the changes and found some that had some impact.

Is there anything in the data that would permit correlation between preceding expected / desired outcome and subsequent actual outcome?

Eg could the intention to become asexual (or any other) alter the probability of that being the result?

As for your penis shrinking, your mileage may vary. Everyone is different, it just depends on your body. Mine has shrunk at least three inches over several years and I use a small dose of HRT. My penis gets very small at times, sometimes only the very tip protrudes and if I swim it disappears almost completely. Sometimes when I'm warm it's about four inches, but the girth is a lot smaller too. Haven't measured it in a long time, but it's not much more than a quarter in diameter most times. However, some eunuchs have very little shrinkage. As for your testicles, all I know is that atrophied organs, like testicles, carry a higher risk of cancer. I'd go see a female urologist and without saying much about removal, just tell her that they don't seem to be functioning and that you're having sexual problems. She'll do the rest. Testing first and then when she says they're not functioning, tell her that you want them removed because of your fear of cancer. Female doctors/urologists are more likely to suggest removal in my opinion. From my experience with male urologists, they're more hesitant or resistant unless they're cancerous.

Pretty much says it all for me: no pre-cum, reduced ejaculate and no interest in sex most of the time.

For me, no pre-cum (never was), reduced (not absent) interest in sex, fewer erections, erections not rigid enough for penetration, much less ejaculate volume, reduced penis size, stimulation and orgasm feel different (less intense among less describable changes). First and for most I am new to the forum. About me I suck at sentence structure and don't spell worth a crud, but if you need an Oracle database worked I am the guy. lol Anyway I have had 1 ball for 10 yrs (46yr old) and the other has been nothing but hyroceils and epididimitis problems. Well guess what..... it is leaving my body 29 Jan 13. So I have been on Androgel for a year for low testosterone. Before the TRT it would take about 30 mins to get off after a sweaty workout (trying to get the feeling) sexing my GF and the cum was mostly clear but good volume, about 2 really good squirts (great feeling orgasm). After TRT about a month things seemed to change alot, I got horny if the wind blew the right direction and I can cum in 5 min or nearly at will. Of course after the test I will start TRT again....I love to be horny so can't do it for a long time plus hot flashes are going to suck cuz I get them now if I stop TRT more than a week ( I had to try it ).

That is what I did, found a female urologist and after 6 mo ask for my last to be removed and as I asked it is on 29 Jan 13. Already on TRT
