Can most eunuchs still have erections during intercourse without using any T supplements or pump devices?

Even after my Orchiectomy, I was able to obtain an erection when I wanted it, it took a bit longer for me to get it up, and a bit longer to get off. However after I was removed from one of my blood pressure medications I found I was getting night time erections again, not too often but they came back, and I can now get it up a bit easier but it still takes longer for me to get off. I am still pleased with the result now, in just a few days it will be 8 months sense they were removed. Still No Regrets!

That varies greatly, My erection is so soft I can't have intercourse and very low to non-existent sex drive. But others have not lost either, just lowered the sex drive.

You will not know until you are a eunuch, after a few weeks. Chemical castration stops all testosterone but there are other testosterone sources beside the testicles, and if you plane to take estrogen will have a bearing on erections and sex drive.

I can now get it up a bit easier but it still takes longer for me to get off.

KenI started using a small dose of Androgel to regain some of my energy and to stop the depression that I started to have right after my surgery. Like Ken, I get now get morning erections again, without any desire to act upon them. It takes much longer to ejaculate but it seems to be more pleasurable than before.

I'm 28 years old and it's almost been a full year since my castration and i can not get an erection and my sex drive is gone 100%

This is a case where Your Mileage WILL Vary is certainly apt! We are still working our way through all of the data provided by those who completed the Second Eunuch Archive Survey – over 3,000 individuals answered over 200 questions each, quite a number of them open-ended or essay. While everyone answered some of the same questions, some questions were asked, or not, depending on previously answered questions. There were well over 500 possible questions in the set (including a basic personality inventory that everyone answered, and which is the next part we will analyze).

We have just finished our analysis of CHANGES in sexuality after castration. We asked about sexual orientation, sexual fantasies, and actual sexual activity both before and after castration. We expected change; we found change. We checked various other factors that might have influenced the changes and found some that had some impact.

The thirty-page article has just been submitted, but here are a few points that fit the current question:

1) Changes in sexual orientation were fairly common, though NO ONE flipped from strictly homosexual to strictly heterosexual, or vice versa, after castration.

2) The younger the age of castration, the less likely a shift in sexual orientation or sexual fantasies.

3) Among those with BIID who were castrated and took a full replacement dose of testosterone, over 4% still became asexual (and many others had diminished sexual ability). 13% had an increase in frequency of sexual activity and 40% had little or no change after castration.

4) Among those MtE who used no replacement HRT, 24% experienced no change in frequency of sexual activity and the rest experienced a reduced frequency – including over half becoming asexual. None had an increased frequency, though about 10% of those taking small doses of T or E to ward off hot flashes and osteoporosis DID have an increased frequency of sexual activity and far fewer (only 23%) became asexual.

The data for chemical eunuchs is equally complex.

From the data we gathered, we found no way to predict results for any individual….

I'm not taking any T supplements, but am on HRT at 4 mg/day of E, can still achieve erections, and have orgasms. They're very different than they were before, but they're definitely Os.

i was self castrated dec 9, 2010. i still get some erections thought they are not as stiff as they used to be! i am not on any medications though i should get on something cause i do not want to be feminised! i am very glad i did it even though i almost died! if anyone has any questions or comments please feel free to contact me at eunuch2010 at rockermail.com i ve actually been looking forward to talking to others about my happiness!

I still get erections, but they aren't very stiff and only last a few minutes.

I don't get them very often.

When masturbate or have sex, I cannot orgasm without the use of drugs.

I use the penis injection of Alprostadil. Which causes my penis to swell 110% of my previous most erect state and makes it very sensitive.

When this happens I do have very nice orgasms.

Oh, and I should add that I discovered anal orgasms to be very pleasing.

But it is hard to find someone to give you one.
