Note to Melore Bean. You have a LOT of stories I couldn't publish (11 actually). You need to start submitting your stories in .doc or .odt format. Or, you need to find someone who will do it for you and be your editor.

This goes for all story authors.

Put your story in .doc or .odt format and attach it to the email. DO NOT put the story in the text of the email. There are a very rare few people I will accept this from, and they already know who they are. Everyone else needs to start following the submission guidelines, or your story will not be published.

Melore Bean. Please find someone to edit your stuff if you need to. I hate not being able to publish 11 stories.

Thanks for getting these out. I know sometimes the job can be intrusive and annoying!

When everyone follows the same guidelines it is enjoyable and hardly a burden. Sadly, too few people take the time to read the submission guidelines.

I guess some authors just feel they are special, and the rules don't apply to them.

For the record, I have a short list of trusted authors. From those few people I would accept story submissions written on a cocktail napkin, or however they want to give it to me. It is a VERY short list.

Everyone else needs to read and follow the rules.
