The inside of a testicle is a series of tubular structures. They are the pathways where sperm is stored. There are also other parts that make testosterone, and send it inot the body. Trying to pull whats inside them out thru a needle would be very difficult as there is a lot of structure to them. You would first need to break up that structure to make it even possible.

Testicles are made of things to spank, band, inject, cut off and eat.. =P

Google testicle and you'll find plenty;-)

Here's a line drawing of the testicle's interior. You'll see it matches what Raymar has already described.

If you want to see the inside of a testicle, watch this video on Youtube: http://youtu.be/o0Cqkmi7VTM It is a video of a subcapsular orchiectomy, which is a castration procedure where the surgeon removes the inside of the testicle and sews the outside shell back together. This leaves the cord and everything but the inside part that produces sperm and testosterone.

Subcapsular orchiectomy seems odd. That is like throwing the contents of the walnut out, and keeping the shell. Makes no sense. . If cancer is present, gutting the nut is going to possibly leave cancer cells inside the body. Just clamping it off and removing the nut and as much of the cords as possible seems like that would be preferable.

Inserting a "just right size" needle into a testicle, and rotating, gyrating the needle around and around the inside of the testicle, in several sessions, will rip, shred, tear, disrupt and liquify the cellular structure inside the nut. This can possibly (probably) lead to being sterile, and maybe even having little to no testosterone production. Obviously any such activity carries with it an acceptance of consequences, whatever they might be and they might be significant or severe. I am not suggesting or recommending this to anyone. Just mentioning it. When the tip of the needle gently touches the inside wall of a testicle, the sexual sensation is enormously more than any other type of sexual stimulation. But, just because you heard it here, doesn't mean this applies to everyone,,,,,,,,,or anyone.

The indicated purpose of the subcapsular orchiectomy shown on the YouTube link of this thread was controlling prostate cancer; absent testicular cancer, there would be no cancer cells to be concerned about within the testicles.

Why subcapsular orchiectomy? Because it results in a fair approximation of a testicular prosthesis made entirely of the person's tissues. What is the benefit of that, such that it might make sense?

In the absence of some sort of autoimmune condition, there will not be the sort of foreign body reaction that led to my having the prostheses I was given years ago taken out last summer because of a foreign body reaction.

For those who need orchiectomy for cancer control purposes and who want "something there," subcapsular orchiectomy has been used for a very long time when implants are not acceptable for whatever reason.

Oh, also...

Please note the use of electrocautery to prevent bleeding from the severed end of the testicular artery.

Sorry, but I gotta ask.. I don't know much about prostate cancer, but why do you have to remove the balls if the cancer is in the prostate?

Isn't there any other alternative other than full castration such as in that video?

Testosterone feeds - acts as an accelerant - prostate cancer. removing the testosterone at the source slows the cancer.
