Re: 12th juror
Since many of my stories involve children, I thought that I should reply to this post.
Rape is always wrong. I would have no objection to any rapist being treated as was the perpetrator in this story, especially if the victim was a child, either male or female.
Sex with children in our society is always wrong, by the rules set down and agreed to by our society. If someone breaks the rules of society, he should expect to pay the consequences.
In most cases any sex with an adult is harmful to the child, if for no other reason than he has been taught that it is wrong and suffers from the guilt of having committed this wrong.
In other cultures, other societies, it hasnt always been wrong. Until the 20th century, even in this country, girls were married as young as 13 or 14. In ancient Greece, men were expected to take boys as lovers. This is not an attempt to justify sex between adults and children, but to point out that it isnt inherently evil. As Shakespeare said, There is nothing good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
Does it harm a 17 year old girl, that is already having sex to screw a 19 year-old? How about a 16 year-old boy that has already decided that he is gay, is having gay sex? Is he harmed by having sex with an older boy, or man? Does it do irreparable harm to a 16 year-old boy to have sex with a woman-at 16, I would have loved it? Probably not, but...the older person who is foolish enough to have sex with a minor, should have his testicles voluntarily removed. If he is stupid enough to put himself at such risk, if he has no more control over his dick, his testosterone level must be too high.
Most of the stories that I write in which children have sex are fantasies. They take place in fictional setting, not in our present society. The second story I wrote here, The Room, had too much graphic sex. If I rewrite the story, it wont have so much, but it was my second story-I was trying to imitate much of the graphic sex that Id seen here. I, after all, read stories here to get turned on, so I tried to produce something that would turn others on.
If I could write as well as Paolo or Pueros, I could possibly write something that would be read without the graphic sex. For now, I feel a need to throw a little in. It does, after all, turn me on some, too.
I liked the theme of The Room, though. It was written from Jasons point of view. If anyone thought I felt that Jason was anything other than disgusting, they missed the whole point of the story. He was as evil as any child murderer, even though he professed to love his victims. Too much graphic sex interfered with my conveying the point I meant to get across. I, myself, find it difficult to think while I have a hard on.
Heres an example of the inconsistency of the rules of our society: Alex King was just convicted of the murder of his father, which happened when he was 12. He was judged old enough, competent enough, to be tried and convicted as an adult for murder. Now, his adult lover is going to be tried for having sex with a Child. Does anyone else see the inconsistency here? Actually, I think that it was a gross miscarriage of justice for this kid to have been tried as an adult. His adult lover should be found guilty of sexually abusing him, but it makes no sense for society to have it both ways.

Interesting stories, both, and a very heartfelt 'thank you' for the compliment, Slammr!
