hi all. im a mtf transsexual. i had an orchiectomy just over 2 months ago and about 3 weeks after my orchi i started feeling really wierd 3 or 4 days a week. it feels sort of like goose bumps all over my body. kind of like a tingling especially in my hands and face. the feeling comes and goes. it it also accompanied by vertigo and a headache and it really freaks me out and causes anxiety attacks.. i went to the doctor and they tested my estrogen levels and they came back at 3848 but the test was done 2 days after my injection so im not sure how high estrogen peaks get after an injection. i should have halved my dose of E after my orchi but i stayed on the same dose untill i had a chance to see a doctor. so i guess what im asking is has anyone here ever had similar symptoms from e levels being out of wack or is it maybe just something totally unrelated.

You'll need to provide some units of measure with that number for it to be relevant. Was it ng/pL ? (nanograms per picoliter) or some other measure?

Two - three days after a shot is when I feel the affects of the estrogen the most. After about 5-7 days it diminishes.

With that said, the draw was taken at a bad time. Never the less, the level is way high by almost any measure from my earlier research. When I was hitting up past 1200 pg/ml I started experiencing some symptoms like headaches, very dry eyes, a little anxiety.

Your level is very high. Much higher than a women in pregancy. Its just too high

Stop everything till you know where your reading's actually are. Then procede slowly, gently, till you get to normal female levels. Be careful with this! Leona
