Why transplant for cosmetic reasons? Organ transplants patients may need to take anti rejection drugs for the rest of their lives, especially if the organ came from other than next of kins.

A transplanted penis might have some sexual function. It would probably be usable for urination.

I dont think all of his penis is gone. As some may know I lost my penis the same age as him (But for another reason) and I can still achieve orgasm through masturbation. But still very sad...
