Some years ago, I lived in a "major metropolitan area," where houses were typically less than 20 feet apart. One evening, as I was doing some work in our basement, from somewhere outdoors, I heard a horrible sound, much like a scream of unbearable anguish.
I hastened upstairs and looked out our windows until, through one window, I observed a police car, a neighbor on the neighbors' porch with two police officers.
The scream of anguish?
The neighbor's oldest child had been murdered in a nearby town, while visiting a friend, in a "drive by."
What aspect of human experience takes a newborn baby into a living in such a way as to be willing to inflict unbearable anguish on other people?
Can anything other than having been put through unbearable anguish take a newborn baby into being willing and able to inflict unbearable anguish on someone else?
Methinks, no, never.
If methinks at all accurately, methinks that a single possibility actually exists, an actual event of unbearable torture that so profoundly damages a person, and a person's brain, as to allow being so insensitive to unbearable agony as to project one's own unbearable anony onto others.
What do I observe happens during the lives of a vast majority of people in essentially every nation and every culture yet extant that is sufficient for enabling one person to inflict unbearable agony on another?
It is so tragically simple as to be essentially universally overlooked.
It is the unbearable agony of the commonplace, brain-shattering, infant-child transition, during which a child is coerced into accepting unbearable agony as a necessary rite of passage into becoming a child, adolescent, or adult who is willing to inflict unbearable agony onto others.
What is my expertise, if any, regarding this?
For the whole of my life, I have rejected the infant-child transition and have rejected taking in the unbearable agony which is the core essence of that transition.
What do I find to be the pragmatic alternative to taking in and putting out various forms of unbearable agony?
Being sufficiently and profoundly autistic is the alternative to taking in and putting out various forms of unbearable agony.
How do I know this? How am I familiar with it? How do I understand it?
Merely by having lived it, by now, for more than 72 years.
The alternative to the torture of the unbearable agony of the conventional/traditional infant-child transition is remaining living as an infant for the whole of a decently long life.
Is such possible?
Yes.
The absolutely irrefutable proof?
My actual, demonstrably actual, life and lived experiences.
Hold a baby born a few hours before in your arms.
Observe the baby you are holding.
Then reflect on what would be necessary for that newborn baby to grow into an adult who mutilates and murders a person as depicted in that "forced nullification before beheading" audio/video recording.
Then set about, as best you are able, to change the way babies are abused by the infant-child transition, so the transition, and its catastrophically shattering brain damage, are only to be found in historical records of what to learn to avoid doing forever after.

I suspect the guy was already dead. If you notice, there is no blood from his genitals being cut off. The blood from his head being cut off had probably settled to that part of his body because he was hanging from his feet. I suspect the movement was caused by the guy sawing off his cock and balls. If he had been alive, he would have bled profusely from his groin, and there is not a drop of blood shown in the video coming from his groin.

Possibly, but he could be alive too. Being upside down really reduces the bloodflow-- the human circulatory system simply isn't good at pumping upside down. Secondly, I've had a lot of genital modifications and when I was flaccid the penis doesn't bleed at all. The pubic area is mostly fat (why it is yellow-white after being cut in this video) with some skin on top. I think being upside down and having just the skin/fat sliced off, may really not bleed much at all.

What I know about biological shock response is that the apparent lack of blood from the groin is consistent with arterial closure during intense physiological shock; I did look at enough of that video before my discomfort level hit its upper tolerable limit to observe typical range blood flow response to terrible physiological shock.
Such shock is a major factor in people surviving terrible accidents in which one or more of arms and legs are severed.
Once in a while a farm accident removes a person's arm, and the person is able to walk several miles without fatal blood loss.
Such experiences tend to be terrible, tend to produce forms of trauma response which may take considerable time for recovery, and greatly sadden me.
Arteries and arterioles are muscular as an aspect of regulating blood flow distribution as different tissues require more or less blood flow according to a person's changing situation.
I abhor cruelty.
