Thanks for reposting the links. Bob was castrated back in mid-2005 and has had several different sized neuticles since. He found the original large ones he had implated uncomfortable and impractical, now he has something more normal sized, but slightly larger. Less questions that way.

My best buddy, the one Kaiser San Jose killed "observing" a new lung tumor for 3 months then on removal said, "gee, this was the #1 tumor you don't want to wait on".
Well back in the mid 70's he lost a ball to cancer and did not opt for a prosthesis.
I guess if a castrato needs prosthesis, they would need the grapefruit sized ones for satisfaction of image.
I do not understand voluntary castration followed by prosthesis insertion. Nude photos?
