Yeah but it's the internet. If the doctor would prescribe these drugs to healthy people they would not come here. What would you recommend instead?

It's a safe medication unless you have low blood pressure to begin with (it doesn't being BP up but down), the effects are not that significant that they will bring you down and it seems part of the effects can be countered with adding more salt to your diet without countering the hormonal effect. And yeah, it's actually used for its on-label purpose.

I'd recommend purchasing the equipment to take your blood pressure regularly to ensure that you're not crashing. I'd also drink a lot of water. What you'll be doing to trying to keep hypovolemia in check. Also keep a regular check on your heart rate. If it goes to high, you're in trouble. IE your blood pressure is low, heart rate high is telling you to get to the doctor. NOW! This is because your heart is jumping out of your chest to keep the low volume of blood circulating to keep you oxygenated. Don't get the volume up, heart "explodes", dead self-medicator is the result.

Re: Spironolactone effectivity
Hi,
Thank you for your advices; and Losethem, thank you for your hard criticism, as it moves me to not to lost interest or decay in searching a medically guided treatment
Of course I check regularly (each 2 days) my blood pressure, and in this time have been moving between 110-120 mmHg systolic and 60-70 mmHg diastolic, with a heart beat rate of 60-70 being relaxed.
However, I'm going to start the way to obtain a treatment, starting with a psychologist (here it is a must before any doctor would prescribe this kind of drugs for this prupose).
Sincerely,
Thank you
