From you description of your testicle "the size of Texas" I think you have a hydrocele -- fluid buildup. I have the same thing -- it is so large that it creates a large bulge in my pants. My doctor says I can have it fixed surgically, but it is not a medical emergency. I am not sure I want it fixed (yet) -- it is a great conversation piece.

I agree that if you have necrosis within your testicles that the doctors will suggest removing them. I think your plan is good (at least it is what I would do). I have actually tried to do the same, but had not achieved necrosis (only achieved multiple small cysts). I think with the Lactic Acid you should have achieved more.

I think you should both wait several more weeks to see what develops. Remember, this tecnique was invented for animals, so who knows.

Hi everyone: Went for the ultra sound and from what the tech said Im kinda disapointed. She said that the blood flow to my nuts is ok, in fact I heard the actual pulse on both testicles. Oh shit!!! Then she said that there is fluid in them and irratation too. Looks like a chroinic infection. Thats what she said. My Doc called last night but I didn't get the call till this morning so I am waiting for his return call. Im wondering why he was in such a hurry, He has the testosterone levels and the ultra sound results. Im going nuts waiting. LOL. I will repost with the good or bad news. I hope they want to cut them off. I again will write as soon as I know. take care Scottie

I thought you said that the left one had shrunk, or is it that the right testi is just larger?

Now here is how it looks. My left nut from looking down onto my balls is shrinking. My right nut looking down from my eyes is enlarged and might be shrinking but just a tiny bit. It hurts as the testicle pushes against the skin and stretches it. I re-injected them both yesterday with one cc in the left and 3/4 cc in the right. There thats the report for now. Im evaluating everything. I think there are better ways than this and cows must not feel any pain casue this is uncomfortable and it hurts at times alot. Have to sit with an ice pak on my nuts to cool them off. Scottie
