help with translation

I wrote a story in Italian. I tried to translate it with google but the translation sucks. I need a Mother Language that help me to fix it in correct english

my story titled "To the doctor with dad". It's about a Dad and a Doctor taking care of a boy with very very little phimotic penis. They will try streching for fix it, but circumsion seems the best option. But why cut only foreskin?
