My penis has shrunk about 25 % in both length and girth. Erections are softer but still good enough to perform in bed .No morning erections and when flacid it is just such a nice small cock, seems about 50% smaller when flacid.

Whats not to like about that .

In my first post I made comment as to the size of my penis. It is so very small. It really ranks in the area of tiny now. Erect, if I could get an erection it might be 3 inches. Erection, what is that. I forgot it has been so long. Most of the time it is a mere one inch long.

How much time did it take for that shrinkage to occur? I'm asking this because I'm on Triptoreline now for 2.5 months and have almost no erections. But I'd like my cock size to remain what it is, for the occasion that I'd ever stop chemical castration.

There is no such thing as "Zero Testosterone," since the Adrenal Glands produce a very low level. Even males with bilateral anorchia usually have female levels of Testosterone (15 to 70 ng/dl).

I'm a eunuch. Born with bilateral anorchia. I am usually on HRT and have Testosterone levels ~750, depending on my dosage. However, once in my adult life, for a variety of reasons, I went without Testosterone for over six months. My levels fell to ~40.

I think everybody's physiology is different, so i can only speak for what happened to me. My penis became a small nub (when I returned to HRT, it eventually regained its "normal" size). Male Secondary Sex Characteristics began to go away. I only had to shave once a week (and sometimes I did that just because I thought I "should"). I stopped growing other body hair so my legs and chest started to become bare as no new hair grew to replace hair that fell out or was rubbed away by clothing, etc. Interestingly enough, my Male Pattern Baldness began to reverse and the person who cuts my hair asked what was going on.

For some time now I have been going to the Southwest Milwaukee YMCA, 3 times a week for exercise. I go in the morning when the place is flooded with Senior Citizens. I was told by my doctor that low testosterone will lead to shrinkage of the penis over time because erections are necessary to prevent shrinkage of the penis, and without night time erections during sleep or causing manual erections is the fuel lacking to prevent penis shrinkage.

Both, lack of testosterone and estrogen will lead to shrinkage. Estrogens, especially the synthetic ones aren't that good for health. Estrogens are linked to obesity and cancer.
