Testicle Size

I'm curiuos as to how small testicles get on MTF hormone therapy. I don't remember the original size too many years ago. Today one has gone inside the body, size unknown. The other about the size of a large grape. Sometimes firm and sometimes very very soft almost like no body to it.

Your experiences?

Mine shrank more from ethanol injections than from HRT.

I'm on estrogen, progesterone and blockers. Mine are about twice the size of a grape and freely pop in and out of my abdomen as I sit down and stand up. When they're in the abdomen there's a feeling of slight pressure and a small bulge in the skin. It's not unusual to have one pop in or out as I cross my legs etc. It feels like a popping sensation when they move in or out. Because of that I tend to tuck so they're permanently in place in the abdomen when I'm dressed. Otherwise it's quite distracting being aware of their movements.

I couldn't tell you how long it took them to shrink to this size but it was probably within the first three or four years on HRT and blockers. My testicles behaved just as they do now throughout my childhood until about 14 or 15 years old when they started to grow further. I think they were considerably bigger than they are now when I started treatment, but as it's been 13 years I can't recall exactly how big they used to be.

hey, mine have lost about half there size since I started testosterone replacement therapy three years ago. So it is not just MTF therapy that can affect testicle size.

Mine are about half the size from before radiation therapy for cancer.
