A man in California is $7 million richer today. The big payday, however, comes at a big price. Matthew Wall lost two inches of his penis during a motorcycle accident in 2007.

Scoop San Diego reports that Wall was riding his Harley Davidson to a naval base in San Diego when a shuttle from the Rancho Auto Group cut him off. Wall crashed into the side of the van, fracturing his pubic ramus bone and crushing his penis. Wall suffered nerve and artery damage to his penis and required Wall to have reconstructive surgery.

In the end, Wall lost 1.5 inches to his penis.

Wall sued the Rancho Auto Group and was awarded $7,553,000 for his pain, medical bills, loss of income, and embarrassment. The hefty sum was bolstered by the fact that Pedro Flores Miramontes, who was driving the shuttle at the time, was not a U.S. citizen and was driving on an expired license. It was also revealed that Rancho Auto Group did not provide training to Miramontes.

Matthew Wall's injury, consequential lawsuit, and $7.5 million payday begs the question: Would you sacrifice 2 inches of your penis to be a millionaire?

So, he was awarded $7.5 million, impressive number but, getting a defendant to actually pay off the settlement in a civil suit can take years and many more dollars, additionally, you have to know that the attorney fees and court costs are going to take at least half the settlement, and what remains is taxable income, and California really LOVES to tax folks. In the end, the poor fellow will have less than one million and he will be getting that only after several years of collection efforts.

Well it was a suit against an auto dealership so I think getting the money may not be overly hard, especially if they had some special insurance for the shuttle or for employee liability. But yeah the actual net money will probably be half after lawyers and taxes.

I would think that the loss of 1.5 inches of a flacid penis would equate to at least 3 inches his erection. Add to that the loss of his glans at the tip of the cock.

It would be "hard" for him to satsify his newlywed wife with such a dimished erection. :dong:

Scar tissue tends to hurt when flexed and stretched.

I imagine he has a good deal of pain with erections and stimulation.
