Any where in Europe to get the chop?

Hi all I should have been going in tomorrow to have them both removed and they have gone and canceled it it may now not happen.

In England you cant seem to just pay to get it done but is there anywhere in Europe or will I have to fly out to the states which at the end of the day I will do but its a long way for a simple op. The place must be a proper clinic not just a cutter I wan to just get rid of my nuts and my sack if possible not kill my self.
