I read the Shadow series, which was (for the unfamiliar) all about Bean.
This was the last of his stuff I read, and by the end of Shadow, he was losing it.
I gave up on the Alvin Maker series after about the fourth book. Got tired of waiting for them.

Re: Ender's Game - 2013. Thoughts?
I liked the Ender's books (especially Ender's Game) up until the second or third one in the "Shadow" series. I lost interest at that point. I have to agree Card started "losing it" then.
Actually, I started to lose interest even after reading Ender's Shadow... I liked reading the back-story of Bean, but re-writing the "history" of Ender's Game and making Bean the actual hero and Ender just his pawn was major disappointment. There were other aspects of "Ender's Game history" that were changed/ret-conned by Ender's Shadow, but it has been so long since I read them, that I would have to read both books again to tell you what those were.
I haven't read any of Card's books since that 2nd or 3rd "Shadow" one, so I can't comment on his latest writings.
