Hi I am very upset now as I had a call from my urologist who has said after my Last test I am still making T so they now think it would be an idea to take out only the one nut as the right one still has some life left in it on the ultra sound I am so depressed. He has also said that he may refer me to a different hospital as he is worried it may be this rare type of cancer that will cause even more proplems. I think I have jumped the gun and feel like just taking a knife to them my self or if they only take the one I will do the other. This may sound stupid but its just how I feel. I will know on monday if they are going to transfer me if not the op is on wednesday and I just have to try and get them to take both.

Dude, chill out. The doctor is just being a good doctor. He wants to salvage what he can, and he wants to get another opinion on a weird case. The body, and testicles in particular, are pretty resilient and unless they are entirely killed will continue to try to repair and function.
My suggestion is to get the one nut removed and continue injection in the good nut and hopefully the second opinion will eventually lead to them thinking it is better to remove it. Worse case is a year from now you go back with a totally dead second nut. Even though that is not the quick resolution you were hoping for, it is a relatively safe and certain path to get what you want.
Don't do anything stupid. Right now they are willing to do an orchiectomy. If you attempt self castration then the whole gig is up and they will treat you as a self-harming mental patient which can actually allow them to basically arrest you and put you under restraints and observation and forced meds. You definitely DON'T want to go down that path. Patience ...

I would say that you must speak your mind to the doctor. If they feel that you MAY have some form of cancer in the one, you could push him to go ahead and remove both. Tell him that you feel that it is more prudent to go ahead and remove both at once, so that you don't require a later second surgery, and that the fear of a cancer still growing in you makes you quite comfortable with him removing both.
Most physicians are willing to listen to a patients concerns, so if you really are strong willed about your personal feeling that taking both is the best course, then I am sure that he will.

My Vodka Castration
Here is the translation of my Vodka castration story originally written in french.
After a 10-month long chemical castration, I run out of product in september 2011. I did nothing for several weeks, having the desire to let Nature do its job and see how my functional abilities would be restored. Unfortunately I hated the return of libido and erections and soon decided to follow the advices of chat members and destroy my nuts with vodka.
Not being sure about the safety of various “alcools” available in France, I decided to use plain 40° Vodka I bought recently in Poland. Two chat members gave me details how they killed their balls, both with vodka. One of them posted wonderful explicit photos on EA Personals.
I use intramuscular syringes, the same as before when I had the chemical castration and injected in the muscle. Capacity 2.5 cc (best size), needle 30mm x 0.6 (1.2 inch, US gauge 23 or 24)
I was not too sure how to inject the first time, but soon found the best position, here is the result of my own experience :
- Recommended dosage 1.5 to 3cc, below 1.5cc it takes an awful lot of time, over 3cc the first injections are painful
- Needle : see over
- Product : the higher the alcohol grade, the best. “Alcohol” is a genetic name, not knowing what bottles really contain, I chose 40° vodka, it needs not be super strong to be efficient.
I did not try 55° Caribbean Rhum, should work too, and faster.
Remember only drinkable alcohols are to be used, dont mess with your life.
- Elastic bands to separate the nut, as if you were banding it.
Wait at least two hours since you had your last meal, I drink several glasses of water, just in case. Wash carefully the pubic area and your hands.
In order to fill the syringe easily, I use a tiny bottle “mignonette” of the model used aboard airplanes. I filled one with the vodka, then filled a syringe with 2.5cc and eliminated all air from it’s inside.
To make sure the nut is perfectly accessible, use one elastic band to separate it, then add more bands to avoid any drift. This way the nut and the protection form a nice round ball, I soon found the best comfortable position as follows : once the elastic bands are in place and the syringe is ready, I sit on a chair, place a small box below the sac, position the syringe horizontally along the thigh, approach the needle close to the skin, then in a rapid movement insert the needle and push until it is estimated to have reached the center of the testicle.
Note that the needle hurts only if you press it against the skin, once inserted there is no pain whatsoever, a good reason to insert in a rapid movement, you’ll feel no pain at all.
Push gently on the piston and let some drops of fluid enter the nut, wait a few seconds for the nut to “accept” the liquid, then slowly push the piston to the end until the syringe is empty. If you have any pain, do not insist, stop the procedure and postpone the rest of the injection by at least one day.
Remove the syringe and discard it. You are now done with your injection, proud of yourself.
I first injected in the left nut late in february, the feeling of the liquid entering the nut was extraordinary, and emotional. I was doing it, at last ! there was no pain, just some discomfort which lasted for one hour. I laid on my bed, it took me an hour to fall asleep. The next morning there was no pain or swelling at all.
The right nut was processed 2 days later with no difficulty, except that the discomfort laster longer, again I laid on my bed and fell asleep.

Following advices given to me by other Vodka Eunuchs, I waited 3 weeks before repeating the procedure, I always inject the left nut first, then the other one 2 or 3 days later. You can do both the same day.
A rather long delay between shots lets me “taste” the evolution of the damage on the nuts and my own body reactions. There were none after the first two shots.
The second shots caused the same discomfort, I wonder if the nuts get used to the treatment of about to abandon the war.
The third injection was quite different between the two testicles, I don’t know why, but I had no pain or swelling on the left nut and could get back to my computer right after the shot and tell my story to friends on the net. However the right nut reacted with more discomfort and swelling, it lasted 24 hours. I did sleep well, but awoke up during the night, touched my balls and saw a difference between the left nut, visibly smaller and not very sensitive, whereas the right was swollen, very sensitive. I never had pain, just discomfort, but it looks like the right nut is struggling to survive.
As time goes on, the nuts will lose sensitivity, get smaller and harder. The introduction of the needle will become more difficult, the nut will accept less and less volume of fluid. I will inject for the 4th time soon, please be patient for more news.
Note that the delay between shots is not important, the effects are cumulative, each drop of alcohol destroys millions of cells inside the testicle, they won’t come back, they are asphyxiated by the alcohol and then reabsorbed by the body.

Very good post Patrickchemcast. Your guidelines and procedures are exactly spot on, as well as your warning to kill the nuts and not yourself. I only began this process after much research, both online at this forum among many and using the search word "injection" in youtube, as well as medical anatomy and library resources. Know precisely what it is you're doing, insuring you're following proper sanitary procedures, know the anatomy of your testes, know exactly where you're inserting the needle, etc... But definitely know your limits (unlike the guy in another post who supposedly injected 10cc's in each testicle over the course of a few hours). That is quite honestly NUTS and probably quite impossible without serious testicular damage accompanied by extreme pain.
I've just recently completed my second set of injections, though I complete both testes injections one right after the other. Take your time, follow the proper procedures, and eventually you will reach your goal.
