HRT and NY Times

Do you have the link to the NY Times article on HRT? I did a search in NY Times but to no avail.

I read it in the Southeastern edition of the New York Times, and not online. My experience has generally been that I can find the front page articles for any edition online. Not sure how long they are archived.

If you couldn't find it on their website (you would need a free registration) I don't know where to go. It was on the front page on August 19th. If you have a decent library near by, you may be able to go there and find the article in their archive of recent newspapers.
