i think its pretty simple. transgender aside....the woman harassed a customer then adamently refused to adhere to company policy. Grounds for immediate termination any way you slice it. On a more personal note. the bitch deserved to be fired for transphobic biggotry. and i dont say that cause im a transsexual i say it because the right to be treated fairly and decently belongs to every human being

Of course there is the extra hypocritic irony in her complaining that her rights have been violated. I wonder how the case is going. Any of you in the US can follow up on this?

I started this reply twice and finally decided on this single sentence:

It's a method to avoid taking responsibility for one's own actions -- "I didn't violet her rights, she violated mine by being there."

The person that was allegedly not a female who had happened to use the dressing rooms that were placed in the women's clothing section would not even have to appear at any trial. The dispute is simply whether someone with a certain religious belief has the right to forbid certain persons from using certain dressing rooms in a certain chain clothing store even if it were against a certain company policy. That's it.

don't see any updates. you can search "Natalie Johnson san antonio texas" on Google, then click "search tools" in the left pane, and "past week" / "past month".
