It has made castration easier and it's benefited many wannabee eunuchs, but please, please, don't proceed with this until you're ready. Once you castrate yourself, you're castrated for life. Yes, you can supplement with testosterone through gels, creams, shots, and pellets, but it won't ever be the same, the rhythmic cycle of testosterone being introduced periodically by your body at various times through your testicles, is a cycle that adding testosterone cannot replicate. That's why you've got to be sure, if that's possible, that you need to be castrated, not want to be castrated. Need versus want is the deciding factor. Once a eunuch, always a eunuch. I know that once castrated most eunuchs adapt in time, and that's because there's no other choice, but I'm just hoping to prevent someone from becoming a eunuch who isn't ready for it. So don't try this if the thought turns you on or if it's a fetish or gives you a sexual rush. Becoming a eunuch is a real life changing event.

That's very wise advice, Hash. It's been suggested many times, that anyone seriously wanting to become a eunuch should test-drive chemically-induced low testosterone by using anti-androgen medicines such as Depo-Provera, cyproterone acetate/androcur, or spironolactone/aldactone. Short-term chemical maintenance is generally reversible. Ethanol injections are not, and are permanent.

Excellent advice. I was very ready when i was castrated with alcohol injections. If done right they are very effective. And it is permanent, which for me was part of the attraction.

I would also add my word of advice. I first went through a year and a half of "chemical castration" to be sure before I went to the injections. One probably should do a year of temporary castration first to experience all the effects to see if its what you truly want for yourself, with the understanding that you may experience some irreversible effects in the process. It concerns me that some here seem to go directly to the injections without trying it out temporarily first. Also, I think that the younger one is, the less advisable castration is if you can avoid it; your have many years ahead of you to experience life.

I agree totally with you HASH! That is why I haven't castrated myself yet. As much as I have no use for my testicles anymore and would prefer not having them in the way, I do not want to deal with "T" replacement. If the function of testicles was solely to produce semen and they didn't produce hormones that affect so many aspects of the human body mine would have been gone long ago!

Great advice, I am mentally ready. I have struggled for many years now with sexual addiction,compulsive behavior,and anger issues. I have wanted castration in some form for years now. Now that I have found the EA,I realized I was not crazy,or alone in this type of quest. I always thought it would be very expensive to do chemical castration,and it is for allot of people. The alcohol method is just what I needed to accomplish this quest. Now I have to get the testicles ready.

I agree 100% with a test before you do go all the way, I did a chemical test about 5 years ago and it was for about 6 months, some effects I liked, some I didn't. However for me Androcur took all the effects of any T in my body away. as Androcur is a T Blocker 100%. My Body still does puts out enough to keep me going so far. Please make sure your ready! like said above there is no going back 100%. I may go back on T later on in my life, if I meet someone that wants me to have more ability in the bedroom.
