how do you search stories on google now,
before it was site:euenuch.org/alpha (whatever)
has that changed with the new site and story board?

The site has changed. Part of the plan was to limit the ability of web crawlers to search the story site. We were trying to limit the wrong person getting into the stories by accident.
The last thing we want is some kid searching for Justin Bieber and coming across a "Justin Get's Nutted" story. The parent freaks, and suddenly we're in trouble with our domain provider.
Limiting back door searching from Google and other web-crawlers protects the stories , protects the forums, and protects us. You can still sign into the story site and do some searching there.
Not all the stories have been restored, but we are working on it. If you are looking for a specific story and can't find it, post in the story feedback section and request one of us to find it for you, or we can get to work on editing it so we can transfer it to the new site. Look for the thread titled "Edit me next!" to post your requests.
