The last bit of your post, "can I even get it done in the UK" simple answer is NO! The only possibility of anything approaching what you ask is a full SRS programme over many years, and even then nothing is certain. Ah well, dream on....

Re: Scrotum removal in the UK?
would I not be able to back after say six months and say now it was causing problems and making me depressed or would a plastic surgeon do it if I payed? If I said no to implants there must be a way of getting rid of a piece of useless skin?
Thanks
Thanks

have an accident. an "accident". no way otherwise really. but it sounds like you're already having "accidents" and u're just talking about post-removal cleaning up... so i dunno why there'd be much of a problem really?

Re: Scrotum removal in the UK?
Hi jako,
I DID manage to get rid of my balls via the 'accident' and NHS route. Dishonest, yes, but I was desperate and I'm not suggesting that anyone else do what I did. My balls were removed because they had stopped working and were producing pain.
I was left with an empty sac, and spermatic cords which had both tethered together and to the scrotal wall. This was all removed at a private clinic for which I had to pay.
The result was well worth it.

You know, I was contimplating the same thing when I had my empty scrotum. I was going to band it quite high with an elastrator band, wait for 24 hours and cut it off. The band should hold, but if not, there is always the ER. Anyway, I convinced to doc to remove it during my penectomy.

Don't bother removing it,just give it time and it wil go itself to a small flap of skin. Mine did without T or HRT but be prepared fo your penis to shrinnk dramatically.
