Re: Siterone (Andorcur) or Depo Provera questions...
If you mean me, then unfortunately no: I used to have a huge libido and it has perhaps subsided to the level of an average man, so it's more tolerable than before but still a burden. My hope is that I could convince my doc during the next appointment in March to prescribe me more, so that I could start taking 150 mg/day for some weeks (or months). I currently have a supply of Androcur that lasts exactly till the appointment + 3 spare tablets - if I take 2 tablets a days. Which means if I'll start taking 150 mg for 7 days now, I'll eventually have to lower the dosage to 50 mg for 4 days.

I only take 25mg Siterone to make it easier on my liver and 300-450 Depo Provera. This works fine for me.

So you say you have trouble getting erect after one week without stimulation and apparently spermatogenesis is vanishing. I think sooner or later your actual drive will decrease. Do you still have spontaneous erections?

I get erections from time to time if my mind turns to erotic thoughts though morning wood has disappeared. I masturbated again yesterday and this time got erect easily and reached orgasm quickly - not something I'd be happy about. I've been on Androcur 50 mg/ a day since Dec. 23 and on 100 mg/day since 12 January.

You could add Depo Provera weekly or biweekly

I started this thread a while ago and have been interestingly reading the different replies. I was taking seterone and tamoxifen but if I went below 100mg a day I was not getting the
results I wanted so I switched to DP. While on DP I too found that I was not getting good results with the dosages that a lot of the others were using. Because of the price I
am now getting Farlutal Depot 500mg (Depo Provera) from Goldfarma and using 150mg at a time.
Daledale-- I was wondering how you came to the dosages that you are now taking and exactly what they are. (Several posts that you have made have different amounts for the DP)
I think that I am going to have to go to 150mg a week and noticed that you had stated that you were using 300mg every two weeks. Have you tried every week or does the two
weeks work better for you?

I take estradiol and progesterone biweekly also. So on the other weeks I take 300-450 of Depo Provera. With the siterone and the DP my T count is less than 30.
ps..........I just did my biweekly shots of DP. I love it

This may have already been asked and I missed it and if so forgive me. I was curious if anyone has experienced and issues with drug interactions while taking Siterone?

Daledale, when you take your biweekly DP shots, do you feel an affect the next day or so, now that your used to it? I was just wondering, because i began with 300mg of depo provera, then about 3 weeks later (yesterday) I took 150mg shot, and I'm sure I can feel an effect from it this time even within 24 hours, unless it's my imagination. Can you observe an effect after your biweekly shot, or do you just feel a continuous constant effect over time that doesn't sort of 'boost' after your shots?

When I was on lower doseages I felt the highs and lows. Now that I am on higher levels of Estrogen, Progesterone and Depo Provera I do not have the peaks and valleys. The Depo Provera shots are 450mg bi weekly now. Some reference sites recomend 300-600mg weekly for castration.
