Has anyone tried the routine I described? 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar + 2 teaspoon honey in warm water.

I tried it a few years ago. Its the sort of project that appeals to hobbyists who make their own beer or wine or put up their own pickles. These days I live in a studio condo & lack a root cellar for these sort of projects. I do make some flavored vinegars and vodkas and oils, but thats about it for that sort of thing.

I've used it a few times for colds or sore throats. I always thought it soothing, but I didn't consider it systemic thing like a drug. & I was using commercial filtered cider vinegar.

Or does it initiate physiological circumstances and improves feeling of well being.

Like SAMe I noticed the effect was carrying over. So like SAMe I stopped the vinegar and honey waiting for that general series of "dull feeling" days to initiate again. So far they have not returned. The vinegar & honey may have changed some functions, possibly symbiotically with a change of intestinal flora and a decrease in fungi.

Point: Vinegar and Honey may not just be for a drug induced episode or relief but with more staying effect after v&h have been metabolized away. Staying effects like Chicken Soup.

One friend into this stuff said he felt the reverse of what I did. Amazing huh? We is individuals. Except those that are two. 😄

My father had kidney stones many years ago and his urologist prescribed Honey and Vinegar mixed together. Two tablespoon per day to stop the calcium surplus that was making his kidney stones.

Wife has gotten us taking a tablespoon of apple vinegar before each meal. It has made enough difference that I hunted a found it, not in those big heavy bottles, but about a pint bottle in Safeway which I take for travel. I vote thumbs up on apple vinegar (and I have no idea why we are not talking other kinds of vinegar).
