Recently I bought a used copy for myself and one for my friend. It was as I remembered. One book came with a blue pamphlet about curing arthritis and the same vinegar/honey remedy.
I have raw, unfiltered honey and started with clear Apple cider vinegar but lately have used organic, with "mother" etc. Apple Cider Vinegar. I get up in the morning, late, and drink some 12 oz of water while warming up my 8 oz of water. After 2 minutes in the microwave I add the vinegar and honey.
It reminds me most of the SAMe feeling. And there I only use 200mg when feeling low. Usually a day or two suffices. Sometimes three days.
The Vinegar & Honey has a most similar effect of an improved mood and improved feeling of well being without feeling ever so "druggy" like a B Complex buzz.
Currently I am looking for "how to make my own apple cider vinegar" because apple juice is about to flood the market (if the gallon jugs break).
Will my raw, unfiltered apple juice turn to vinegar naturally or do I need to add some mother from my organic, raw stock?
Can I leave it in glass or must it be placed in some crock or whatever. At what temperature & light?
Of course I can look it up online but, I'd rather bug someone for information.
